Treatment and Therapy

At Blueroom Recovery, we have a high-quality and well-proven concept for addressing issues primarily related to alcohol and drug use in a home environment. We offer treatment and support for alcohol problems and drug addiction in a safe

setting at our clinic in central Stockholm, where we provide both group treatment and individual therapy. Our approach is based on the Twelve-Step Program and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). The core of all our treatment is to tailor our approach to each individual’s unique life situation, needs, and circumstances.

In some cases, there may be a clear advantage to temporarily leaving your home environment to fully focus on your recovery. If it turns out that the best option for you is to undergo treatment for alcohol or drug addiction at a residential facility, we have extensive experience in arranging this in the best possible way. We have deep and long-standing collaborations with several treatment centers, both in Sweden and abroad.

We also place great emphasis on involving family and loved ones in the process, as we believe this can contribute to a successful recovery for the individual struggling with addiction while also providing valuable support for their relatives.
