For Those Living Close to Someone with an Addiction – and Seeking Support for Themselves
Living close to someone struggling with alcohol or drug problems can be both exhausting and confusing. Feelings of frustration, helplessness, worry, and grief are common—but rarely spoken about. In our support group for relatives, you’ll receive support and space to focus on yourself.
Over the course of seven Thursdays, we meet in a safe and supportive setting at Blueroom Recovery. You’ll gain knowledge about addiction and codependency, practical tools to help you set healthy boundaries, and the opportunity to share experiences with others in similar situations. The group is led by experienced therapists with extensive backgrounds in working with family members and loved ones.
This course is for those who want to gain deeper understanding, new perspectives—and reconnect with their inner strength and direction.
